Beth Boynton, RN, MS is an organizational development consultant specializing in issues that impact nurses and healthcare teams. She is a coach, teacher, consultant & trainer on communication, conflict management, team and leadership development.
She is an adjunct faculty member for New England College’s graduate program in Healthcare Administration. She teaches courses in Leadership & Management and Organizational Communication, Conflict & Negotiations.
She writes a quarterly column, Confident Voices, a Q & A format for addressing communication, conflict and workplace dynamics debued in the Spring '08 issue of ANA-Maine Journal., (scroll to page 7).
She recently collaborated with Conflict Management Specialist and Aikido Master, Judy Ringer to pilot the cutting edge workshop: Confident Voices: A Workshop for Empowering Nurses. Evaluations were super and we will be offering again soon!
