Testimonials

Beth Boynton spoke at three of the National Nurses in Business Associations annual conferences. The audience was nurses at various stages of entrepreneurship. Boynton engaged this audience with skillfully designed presentations and provided meaningful solutions to the communication problems encountered by nurses in business. On a personal note, I used to believe that bullying was an acceptable part of nursing, but since listening to her, I am constantly aware of my attitude toward other nurses and am not part of the horizontal violence!

We look forward to having her present at our next conference.

I have had the distinct pleasure and honor to collaborate with Beth Boynton on a patient safety video project.  Her subject matter expertise in nursing and nursing advocacy and mine in root cause analysis, produced naturally synergistic results.  Beth understands the bigger picture of nursing and the need to be more proactive than reactive to ensure patient safety.  She realizes that the organizational systems that nurses work within are the key to this migration to proaction.  Beth is definitely a capable change agent to turn this vision into a reality.

An exceptional keynote presentation!  Our Leadership conference was a successful event and much of that success was due to the quality of Beth Boynton’s work and the passion she exhibited in sharing with our participants.  Her presentation left a lasting impression with our members and many of them expressed their appreciation in positive comments on the conference evaluation forms.

The Gynecologic Oncology practice that I work for has experienced rapid growth over the past few years. And with that growth we found the culture and communications with our employees and patients had changed as well. We needed new ideas and solutions that would involve every staff member to have the opportunity to help us progress with positive changes.

Beth’s presence and guidance at our staff meeting allowed the staff to interact and be involved in the solution.  It was a crucial turning point!  Our leadership team has gained a renewed team spirit and a more positive outlook for the challenges that we face in the workplace!

Beth helped us to creatively promote positive change with the input and feedback that we received from our staff meeting. Thanks Beth for helping us to move our practice forward and see the renewed value of great nursing leadership!

Thanks to Beth Boynton MS, RN for her thought-provoking discussion on conflict for the graduate clinical nurse specialist students. Beth engages the audience to brainstorm conflict areas within healthcare. Participants are challenged to evaluate their own conflict resolution and communication style. Through self-awareness and discussion, the participants formulate action plans that assist them in conflict management. Beth's style is fluid and effective with a variety of participants. Thanks Beth for this dynamic discussion.
