To create a collaborative communication culture within organization.  

Objectives

  • To increase knowledge of, self-awareness of and ability to practice skills                 
    associated with effective communication.    

  • To build role-modeling capacity for communication skills.

  • To promote organizational culture of respectful communication and collaboration

  • To provide a positive collaborative experience with group process work.  
    

Supplies

Print paper, markers, whiteboard, and room to move around in.

Session I             Barriers, strengths &  Perspective–taking

Session II            Respectful listening, clarification and validation

Session III           Assertive language

Session IV           Giving and receiving feedback
