Audience

6-20   managers, directors and/or other leaders

Time commitment

4-8 three hour sessions (depending on scope of content organization wishes to cover).  Recommend scheduling
with some time in between sessions e.g. every other week or monthly.

Goals

·        To increase knowledge of, self-awareness of and ability to practice authentic leadership skills.  

·        To increase trust

·        To promote leadership ability to develop and sustain collaborative organizational culture.

·        To provide a positive experience with group process work.  


Content
   
            
Depending on # of sessions it will be reasonable to cover 1 topic in the first session and 1-2 in each subsequent
session.  Recommend some choice from the following be given to the audience.  This can be helpful in gaining
investment from participants and setting priorities would be a part of the first session.  All sessions will be highly
interactive and tailored to teams or systems present.  In addition to topics covered, the group will be exposed to a
variety of teambuilding activities and expert facilitation skills.
