| Understanding and Improving Workplace Dynamics for Nurses Assertive language, respectful listening and safe environments are all key ingredients needed for creating workplaces where collaboration is optimally applied to quality concerns. In this interactive workshop we will compare and contrast constructive, passive-defensive and passive-aggressive cultures and their impact on quality issues. We will examine the challenges faced in flattening hierarchies, and address the skills needed to support these changes. This course meets NHBN requirements for Continuing Competence: |
